Breathe in what needs to be healed or transformed,
Let the Spirit within you transform it,
Breathe out healing or tranformation:
For example:
Breath in stress & tension,
Breath out calm & peace.
Breath in pain,
Breath out relief.
Breathe in anger & aggression,
Breathe out compassion & love.
Breathe in shame
Breathe out pride.
Do not try to do the work of healing or transformation. Relax as best you can and allow it to be done by God. You are not dependent on an external resource that may or may not be available - the Holy Spirit is always with you and available, always working in and through you.
